Corridor housing in central Borlänge near the new University. Here you will stay in one of 13 rooms. The accommodation has a shared kitchen, living room and laundry room.

Here we can offer you a furnished accommodation in single rooms. However one of the rooms is suitable for two people.

The rooms are furnished with a bed, dresser, small desk, chair and hall furniture. Pillows and duvets are not included. All rooms have different wallpaper and colors.

In the corridor there are shared showers/toilets with lockable cubicles, a shared kitchen with household appliances and a TV room/living room as well as a laundry room. The rent includes furniture, broadband and electricity. Room 13 has its own kitchenette with kitchen table and chairs.

Weekly cleaning of the public areas is included. You clean your own room yourself and you are jointly responsible with the other tenants for the daily maintenance of the kitchen and other common areas.
